Serving the Immigrant Population in Lancaster, S.C.

In the spring of 2015, our “Lancaster Project” was born. Pastor Tim found out about some recent immigrants that had moved to the Lancaster, S.C. region and were desperately in need of help.  Although considered “legal” immigrants, most of these people did not yet qualify for U.S. assistance in the same way that most Americans come to expect.  Our goal is pretty simple. We try to help with basic necessities, such as a bag of black beans, tortillas and a rice subsidy from Servants With a Heart (food packed at Harrison Church) for approximately 35 families.  When we can, we add canned or fresh fruits or vegetables, paper products and baby supplies.

Fall Collection for Local Lancaster Families coming soon.  Please label all donations “Lancaster”.
